Your tracked time
The activities and sessions you record stay on your device. If you turn on iCloud, they sync through your own private iCloud account, which we cannot read. There is no Timeness account and no Timeness server holding your hours. Exports are files you create and control.
The calculators on this site
The hours and billable hours calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere or stored, and refreshing the page clears it.
Diagnostics and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to count page views and to see which links lead to the App Store. The app may use Apple's standard crash and usage diagnostics if you have agreed to share them. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Your choices
- You can delete any activity or session in the app, and deleting the app removes its local data.
- You can turn iCloud sync off in your device settings.
- You can email us with support or privacy questions.
